Actually the Day Delegate Rate Package is fully inclusive, so that means no extra costs at all!

- Access to your room from 8 AM (or earlier by arrangement and often the evening before) so you can prepare your day before the arrival of your delegates
- Meeting, greeting and signing in of your delegates so you can focus on delivering the actual event
- Breakfast to kick-start your day, including bacon rolls
Refreshments to keep you going all day long including tea, coffee, biscuits, cakes and fruit- Lunch with a good choice of hot or cold food so there is something to suit every mood or dietary requirement
- A state of the art projector that will give high definition to your presentations
- A flip chart and whiteboard so you can be as creative as you need to be
- A delegate stationary pack including a name tent so that everyone can participate
- Additional stationary to give you every tool you need for a smooth day
- Unlimited use of the internet cafe for anyone needing extra surfing time
- Access to our technical team for those niggling issues like linking your laptop to the projector
- Access to our admin team for help with all those other issues like extra handouts, finding a chemist and laddered tights

If there really is something extra you need that we have to charge for, it will be agreed with you and shown on your booking form so there will be absolutely, positively no unexpected extras on your invoice!
